Banner of Arms is an ability available to Warriors. It is a Banner ability that increases your group's Haste and decreases the Dexterity and Dodge chance of enemies within range of the banner.
Banners are an ongoing area of effect associated with a destructible environmental prop that the Warrior places in the world. Banners provide beneficial effects to allies within range while providing detrimental effects to enemies. You can only have one banner active at a time. Banners will stack with another Warrior's banner so long as they are not the same banner.
