Mesmerize Spells


Bullet.png Mesmerize spells, also known as Mez/Mes spells, are a form of CC ability/spell. They incapacitate a target, causing them to stop attacking and remain still until either the duration expires, or the target takes any amount of damage. Note: Some damaging spells can be used on mesmerized targets without breaking the effect. This is noted in the ability/spell's description.
